Одним из оснований требований является приобретение «Группой Е4» в 2013 г. компаний «Буреягэсстрой», «Е4-Центрэнергомонтаж», «СибКОТЭС» и «Сибтехэнерго» по завышенной стоимости. Но ответчики нерыночность сделок отвергают. Чтобы установить истину, арбитражный суд Москвы в мае 2021 г. назначил оценочную экспертизу.
