Арбитражный суд Москвы взыскал с рекламного агентства «Оккам Ум» (экс- Dentsu Russia) ~1,3 млрд руб в пользу обанкротившейся российской «дочки» Google
В решении суда уточняется, что с ответчика взыскано >1,1 млрд руб задолженности по оплате рекламных услуг и ~177 млн руб процентов, при этом требования истца ООО «Гугл» в лице конкурсного управляющего Валерия Таляровского удовлетворены частично.
Истец дважды просил суд принять обеспечительные меры в виде ареста денежных средств ответчика на его счетах в российских банках в пределах суммы иска, но суд оба раза – в апреле и июне – отказывал. В итоге обеспечительные меры в сентябре принял Девятый арбитражный апелляционный суд, удовлетворивший жалобу Таляровского.
Агентство «Оккам Ум» до 2022 г. называлось Dentsu Russia и входило в крупный японский рекламный холдинг Dentsu. В 2022 г. японская компания передала российский актив местным топ-менеджерам. ⬇️ А40-71047/2024 https://www.group-telegram.com/hk/zarbitrazhy.com/5477
