Когда случилась СВО, они встали перед выбором, где потеряют больше. Вот и весь их побудительный мотив, прикрытый дешёвым пацифизмом -- страх потерять деньги. А остальные клоуны, как этот дурачок и прочие "совестливые" трескуновы и панины, подались вслед, в надежде хапнуть у людей с хорошими лицами. Ну и хапнули: нищету, презрение и забвение. При этом выступив дымовой завесой для меркантильной сволочи гребенщиковых-пугачёвых. Многие из них "прозрели" и скребутся обратно, но, надеюсь, прощения им не будет. (с)Игорь

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
