Работала USAID вместе с IOM (Международной организацией по миграции при ООН).

В рамках этого на спецтренингах их инструктируют, как пользоваться нашей социалкой, как оформить документы, определить своих детей в бесплатные школы и поликликиники, получать пособия и участвовать в многочисленных социальных программах. Та самая Тахмина из Мытищ тоже проходила там обучение.

IOM содействовало разработке миграционной стратегии Правительства Таджикистана и участвовало в налаживании связей между таджикской диаспорой в РФ и властями республики.
