На Игоря Топоркова, задержанного у памятника жертвам политических репрессий в Ульяновске, составили протокол о демонстрации символики экстремистской организации (статья 20.3 КоАП РФ), рассказал «7х7» сам Топорков.
Что именно силовики посчитали экстремистской символикой, Топорков не уточнил. Суд у правозащитника пройдет завтра, 17 февраля, до него Топорков останется в отделе полиции.
UPD. Друг правозащитника Александр Брагин уточнил, что на него составили два протокола, второй — о нарушении порядка проведения публичного мероприятия (статья 20.2 КоАП РФ).
