В городе Лагань Лаганского района состоялось торжественное открытие памятника Герою России, гвардии капитану 83-й отдельной гвардейской десантно-штурмовой бригады ВДВ Мингияну Лиджиеву.
В церемонии открытия скульптуры приняли участие Глава Республики Калмыкия Бату Хасиков, сенатор РФ Байир Путеев, Председатель Народного Хурала (Парламента) РК Артем Михайлов, представители силовых структур региона, общественных и ветеранских организаций.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
