Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. That hurt tech stocks. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
