Они были вывезены украинскими вооружёнными формированиями с территории Курской области, после вооруженного нападения на Курскую область в августе.
Среди возвращенных в Россию граждан 12 детей, в том числе один - новорожденный, один - до 3-х лет, а также инвалид - колясочник, рассказала Москалькова.
