Почтовая марка в честь Владимира Фортова выпущена в обращение

Сегодня бывшему президенту РАН, выдающемуся физику и сотруднику нашего ФИЦ (во время его работы - ИПХФ РАН), Владимиру Евгеньевичу Фортову исполнилось бы 78 лет. И в этот день в обращение выходит почтовая марка, посвящённая Владимиру Евгеньевичу. Марка выходит в серии «Кавалеры ордена «За заслуги перед Отечеством» В честь этого события в Ногинске состоялось специальное гашение тематических конвертов с этой почтовой маркой.

От ФИЦ ПХФ и МХ РАН в мероприятии приняли участие директор ФИЦ Евгений Витальевич Голосов, и соратники Владимира Евгеньевича, главные научные сотрудники Лаборатории уравнений состояния вещества, член-корреспондент РАН Игорь Владимирович Ломоносов и Виктор Константинович Грязнов.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
