Первая Surf Coffee займёт помещение площадью 130 кв. м в здании, где работают магазин «Читай-город» и пекарня «Пряно-Румяно». Сейчас там ведутся ремонтные работы. По словам Лыкова, открытие запланировано на март 2025 года. Кроме того, за три года предприниматель планирует открыть в городе 10 таких точек.
