Ежемесячный платеж за капитальный ремонт в регионе повысили до 14,81 рублей за «квадрат» – сразу на 40%. В региональном фонде содействия капремонту объяснили, что взносы выросли с учетом инфляции и подорожания стройматериалов для капремонтов.
