Согласно данным Зоны нефтяной промышленности Фуджейра (FOIZ), общий объем запасов упал до 14,365 млн барр., что является самым низким показателем с рекордного минимума в 14,266 млн барр., зафиксированного 14 февраля 2022 г. С конца 2023 г. запасы сократились на 17%.
Запасы тяжелых дистиллятов, используемых для производства электроэнергии и судового топлива, упали на 12% до 8,461 млн барр. Запасы легких дистиллятов сократились на 16% до 4,675 млн барр.

"Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
