«Адгур Хурхумал, выдвинутый инициативной группой граждан кандидатом в президенты, сдал документы 6 января. До 16 января у нас есть время на проверку, поэтому пока идет проверка документов. Все остальные документы проверены и четыре кандидата зарегистрированы. Они имеют право с сегодняшнего дня заниматься официально предвыборной агитацией», – сообщил Апсныпресс председатель ЦИК РА Дмитрий Маршан.
