Из списка регионов, где введен ЧС выбыла республика Тыва, зато добавилась Сахалинская область. Чрезвычайная ситуация из-за лесных пожаров там введена в 1 муниципалитете. А еще в 55 регионах действует особый противопожарный режим, при котором доступ в леса категорически запрещен.
💬 «За прошедшие сутки в 25 регионах России потушили 71 лесной пожар. Продолжается тушение 98 лесных пожаров в 15 субъектах РФ. Борьбу с огнем в лесах ведут 2685 человек, 309 единиц спецтехники, 158 самолетов и вертолетов», - отметили в Рослесхозе.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
