День воссоединения Донецкой Народной Республики, Луганской Народной Республики, Запорожской области и Херсонской области с Российской Федерацией.

К этой дате работники культуры села Кошибеево провели для детей познавательное мероприятие “Мы Россия,мы вместе». Для детей была показана презентация «Современные Герои», о смелости тех, кто встал на защиту родной земли. Ребята с интересом слушали историю легендарного героя Михаила Толстых, с позывным Гиви, с удивлением узнали, что потомок русского императора Николая 1, Гавриил Дорошин, выросший во Франции, воюет на Донбассе в составе Легиона Иностранных Добровольцев.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
