✍️ در هفتمین جلسه مدرسه مهارت‌های زندگی به سراغ ابعاد مختلف زندگی انسان رفتیم. در ابتدا یاد گرفتیم که برای اینکه انسان موفقی شویم نیاز داریم که به بعد "جسمانی" خودمان به مقدار کافی توجه کنیم، به سراغ بعد "ذهنی-عاطفی" رفتیم و درباره تاثیرات فشار افزودنی زندگی بر سلامت روان خود کنکاش کردیم. سپس سری به بعد "روابط اجتماعی" زدیم و با مفهوم همدلی آشنا شدیم. در مورد دو بعد "معنویت" و "مالی" به عنوان محرکه زندگی و لازمه زندگی صحبت کردیم. و در نهایت به "رشد فردی" رسیدیم که راهگشای مسیر به سمت متعالی‌شدن است.
