Самое ценное, что может быть в городской среде - это наличие воды (реки, каналы, озера, пруды и др.). А ещё лучше, когда человек имеет возможность прикоснуться к этой воде.

50-60 лет назад города строили для автомобилей. Парковки, путепроводы, тоннели и т.д. И всё это в центре города.

Ереван не стал исключением. Пример - путепровод Комитас/Баграмян.

Когда-то в районе Ереванской канатной дороги протекала река Гетар. В 2000-х русло реки пустили в закрытый ж/б канал, а на её месте расширили автодорогу с устройством различного рода развязок на ул. Чаренца и Ханджяна.

Развитые страны 20-30 лет назад осознали свои градостроительные ошибки и начали возвращать реки, зелёные зоны. При этом вытесняя автомобильное движение. Об этом хорошо рассказывает Аркадий Гершман на видео.

А мы в свою очередь должны надеяться на пришествие грамотного градоначальника (не того YouTube героя) и ждать этого чуда.
