Интересен сам момент – уже заключенного контракта МЧС – с полигоном, который не может принимать такого рода песок на утилизацию. Логичнее, сначала посмотреть, а может ли, а уже потом работать в этом направлении.
Ну и в целом интересный результат после поручения президента России Владимира Путина, который указал федеральным надзорным ведомствам на контроль всех этапов утилизации, ведь история межрегиональная и местные ведомства не могут вмешиваться в работу соседних регионов.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved.
