По предварительным данным, сокрытие произошло по настоянию руководства областного Правительства. В результате вскрытые нарушения легли под сукно и не попали в акт проверки. Теперь за это Дубровой придётся отвечать перед законом.

Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
