На мой взгляд выгорание - это вина того, кто выгорел.
Взрослый сотрудник должен и выполнять свою работу и бороться с выгоранием. Эти две задачи лежат на его плечах.
Так же как, если кто захочет бежать сутки и через 23 часа упадет от усталости и голода - то будет сам виноват. Надо было больше тренироваться, а карманы набивать сникерсами. Или брать дистанцию покороче.
Когда ты молод, ты через эти падения узнаешь свои границы. Но когда они узнаны - просто держишься в рамках фарватера. Когда надо отдыхаешь, когда надо кушаешь, когда надо орешь на лес
