​​⚡️“Ilm-fan va innovatsion rivojlanish” jurnalining 2024-yil 2-sonida Toshkent kimyo-texnologiya instituti rektori Botir Usmonov Shukurillayevich hamda xodimlari – professor Artikov Asqar va tayanch doktorant Rejabov Sarvar Abdurasulovich tomonidan yozilgan “Oʻrik mevasini majburiy konveksiyali quyosh quritgichida quritish vaqtini hisoblash” nomli maqola chop etilmoqda.

Ochiq quyoshda qishloq xo‘jaligi mahsulotlarini quritish an’anaviy quritish usullaridan biri hisoblanadi. Quyosh energiyasidan foydalangan holda oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini quritish uchun ko‘pincha turli o‘lcham va modellarga ega quritgichlar qo‘llaniladi. Majburiy konveksiyali quyosh quritgichi o‘rik mahsulotini quritish bo‘yicha so‘nggi ishlanmalardan biri bo‘lib, uning ishlash samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha hisoblashlar yetarlicha ko‘rib chiqilmagan. Ushbu ishda majburiy konveksiyali quyosh quritgichida o‘rikdan yuqori sifatli turshak, bargak (qaysa) va kuraga tayyorlash jarayoni tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, quritish vaqtining havo sarfi va haroratiga bog‘liqlik xususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqildi.
