The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
