Столичные дома по реновации развивают стрит-ритейл

Как сообщает мэр Сергей Собянин, на первых этажах домов открыли около 700 объектов, включая магазины у дома, аптеки, детские и медицинские центры.

С момента начала программы реновации переданы под заселение 324 жилых комплекса. На первых этажах размещены больше 1 400 нежилых помещений. Чаще всего там открывают предприятия торговли. Также большой популярностью пользуются аптеки, культурно-досуговые, детские и медицинские центры, кофейни и салоны красоты.

Ожидается, что по итогам программы реновации будет создано больше 200 000 рабочих мест.
