12 сентября 2024 года состоялась отчетно-выборная конференция Новобелицкой районной организации Коммунистической партии Беларуси.
С докладом о проделанной работе выступил первый секретарь Новобелицкой районной организации Шкиреев Николай Валерьевич. Работа Новобелицкого партийного комитета была признана удовлетворительной. В состав нового комитета Новобелицкой районной организации вошли:
- Шкиреев Н. В. - Силянова Л. Ф. - Жабинский В. Н. - Королев М. В. - Козлов В. И.
В состав Контрольной ревизионной комиссии (КРК) вошли следующие товарищи:
- Лозня Н.И., - Петров А.Ю., - Головин Е.Д.
Первым секретарем Новобелицкой районной организации был переизбран Шкиреев Н. В., вторым секретарем была избрана Силянова Л. Ф.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
