Сотрудник ГУ МЧС по Северной Осетии Руслан Кетоев погиб при исполнении служебных обязанностей на территории детского сада №173 во Владикавказе, сообщил мэр города Вячеслав Мильдзихов.
Трагедия произошла около 9 утра. Кошка забралась на дерево и не могла спуститься самостоятельно. Очевидцы вызвали спасателей.
Руслан Кетоев забрался на дерево, но не удержался и сорвался вниз. От полученных травм он скончался на месте.

"We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
