🎼 Для лидеров стран Объединения выступили лауреаты международных и всероссийских конкурсов, солисты ведущих театров и творческих коллективов стран БРИКС в сопровождении Симфонического оркестра Татарского академического государственного театра оперы и балета имени Мусы Джалиля.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
