Вчера ОТП сделал рассылку клиентам в интернет-банке с сообщением: «Входящие переводы в долларах США, направленные в пользу клиентов Банка после 25 апреля 2023 года, будут возвращаться отправителям» В колл-центре подтвердили приостановку зачисления долларов.
Исходящие переводы в USD были приостановлены еще в ноябре 2022 года, но входящие зачисления клиенты еще могли получать, причём без комиссии. Доллары шли через банк-корреспондент Citibank N.A., New York, USA (CITIUS33). Вероятнее всего американский Сити решил закрыть канал для российского ОТП Банка.
