Ведомство заявляет, что проблема существовала еще с конца 2022 года, и оно неоднократно просило Кабмин внести изменения в правила выезда. Однако правительство затянуло процесс, и теперь принято решение временно закрыть границу для медийщиков и художников, пока не будет найдено «решение».
Этот шаг показывает, что власти продолжают закручивать гайки, ограничивая свободу передвижения даже для тех, кто официально не подлежит мобилизации.
