Третий день как снежный циклон накрыл город и очевидно, что муниципальные дорожные службы не справляются с устранением последствий. Не хватает техники, людей. А страдают все. Водители автобусов в таких условиях работают на износ, даже в 21.00 сохраняются пробки.
Возможно оперативное привлечение частных компаний позволило бы повысить эффективность уборки дорог общего пользования.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
