После поручения руководителя СК России Александра Бастрыкина в отношении должностных лиц администрации Рязани возбуждено уголовное дело по ст. 293 УК РФ («Халатность»), сообщается в группе рязанского отделения ВООПИиК в соцсети «ВКонтакте».
Предварительно установлено, что чиновники допустили нарушение норм действующего законодательства при подготовке и принятии решения о переводе под среднеэтажную застройку бывшей промышленной площадки.
