По данным разработчика, крейсерская скорость HH-100 составляет 300 километров в час, а практический потолок — 5000 метров, расчетная взлетная масса составляет 2 тонны, грузоподъемность 700 килограммов, а дальность полета - 520 километров.
Помимо функций по региональной воздушной логистике, HH-100 сможет участвовать в тушении пожаров и доставке гуманитарной помощи.
