Георгий Семенович с честью прошел через тяжелейшие испытания Великой Отечественной войны. А после благодаря неустанному труду и настойчивости сделал Ивановку одним из самых процветающих сел области.

Сегодня вместе с коллегой Олегом Николаевичем Кожемяко навестил нашего Героя и вручил ему звание «Почетный гражданин Амурской области».

Лично для меня Георгий Семенович был наставником много лет и остаётся им до сих пор. Всегда рядом, подсказывает, даёт советы. Честь — быть знакомым с такими людьми. Спасибо за Ваш Подвиг — военный и трудовой. Здоровья и сил!
