Knoblauch schälen und pressen. In einer Auflaufform das Gemüse mit Öl und etwas Salz sowie Zwiebeln und Paprika geben. Alles miteinander vermengen . Im vorgeheizten Ofen auf 200 Grad ca 20 Min backen bis das Gemüse braun ist. Anschließend etwas abkühlen lassen und im Mixer pürieren oder mit dem Pürierstab, dann die Sahne und den Frischkäse dazugeben. Alles aufkochen lassen und nach Geschmack nochmals mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. würzen.
