Haferwurzel - Suppe

500 g Haferwurzel, geschält und gewürfelt
1 Zwiebel, gewürfelt
2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
2 Karotten, gewürfelt
1 Stange Sellerie, gewürfelt
1 L Gemüsebrühe
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
1 TL Thymian
Kräuter deiner Wahl

Olivenöl in einem großen Topf erhitzen und Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Karotten und Sellerie darin anschwitzen.
Haferwurzel hinzufügen und kurz mitbraten.
Gemüsebrühe dazugeben und zum Kochen bringen.
Hitze reduzieren und etwa 20 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis die Haferwurzel weich ist.
Mit einem Stabmixer pürieren, bis die Suppe cremig ist.
Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Thymian abschmecken.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
