Dieser geht schneller, auch die Gefahr von Schimmelbildung ist nicht so hoch - aber- es gehen durch das Erhitzen viele Wirkstoffe und ätherische Öle verloren.
Er ist aber auch geeignet, wenn man am selben Tag noch eine #Salbe herstellen möchte.
Dazu werden die Kräuter in ein Glas gegeben Dieses Glas ins Wasserbad stellen und langsam erwärmen - nicht kochen!!
Bis max 60°C Das Öl 15 min im Wasserbad lassen.
Danach das Öl auf Zimmertemperatur Abkühlen lassen, abseihen und verschließen.
Ich bevorzuge die Kaltmethode, aber manchmal muss es eben auch mal schnell gehen. 😉
