На 2021 год в районе Фарерских островов для российских рыбаков согласован объём вылова атлантическо-скандинавской сельди на уровне 7 000 тонн. В свою очередь для Фарерских островов в исключительной экономической зоне России в Баренцевом море на 2021 год установлены квоты вылова: треска - 17 690 тонн, пикша - 1 769 тонн, камбалы (включая камбалу морскую и камбалу-ерша) - 900 тонн, креветка северная - 4 000 тонн.
