Over 80 years of diplomatic relations with Iraq, numerous diplomats have worked in the Russian Embassy in Baghdad and the Consulates in Erbil and Basra. Many of them have etched their names in gold in the history of Russian diplomacy, later heading our diplomatic missions in other Arab countries. The position of Russian Ambassador to Iraq, in particular, was held by Victor Posuvalyuk in 1990-1992, Director of the Department for the Middle East and North Africa of the Russian Foreign Ministry and later Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as Alexander Kinshchak (formally Acting Chargé d'Affaires in 2003-2004), who currently serves as Director of the Department for the Middle East and North Africa of the Russian Foreign Ministry. It’s worth mentioning that both of them managed to show their diplomatic professional skills serving in the country that was enduring another hard period of its history.

In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
