Куйбышевский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление о продлении меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Алексея Иевского, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ.
Следователь просил продлить меру, так как необходимо выполнить большой объем следственных и процессуальных действий, например, провести очные ставки.
Прокурор поддержал следователя.
Обвиняемый и защитник возражали, указав на незаконное возбуждение уголовного дела, невиновность Иевского. Просили избрать домашний арест.
