Дзержинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Елены Калининой, подозреваемой в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/id/SPbGS.com/19861).
Калинина с подозрением не согласилась, у суда просила более мягкую меру.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
