Я давно уже говорила о том, о чем сейчас решило сказать МЧС — что россиянам пора собирать тревожные чемоданчики. Возможность ЧС очень велика во всей России. И вопрос тут не в чемоданчиках. А в том, почему такая богатая, благополучная страна оказалась опять на гране войны благодаря ее руководству? Но нам затыкают рот и говорят: «Как вы смеете?». Смеем! У нас демократия. Мы должны оценивать того, кого выбрали — для нас ли они работают?

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
