Принял участие в совещании, которое провел мой коллега Айрат Гибатдинов. Айрат поднял вопрос правового регулирования проведения квестов и в целом этой сферы.

За несколько лет в стране зарегистрированы свыше девяти тысяч нарушений при организации квест-игр. Случаев травм, несчастных случаев и трагедий - десятки.

Как рассказал Айрат, работа уже ведется. Так, например, коллеги приступили к разработке ГОСТов для проведения квестов. Но в процессе пришли к выводу, что это не действенно, и не невозможно лишь ГОСТами охватит все риски. Именно поэтому вышли с инициативой
внедрения конкретных мер законодательного регулирования.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
