Но мы уже отмечали, что мэрия Арх-ка сегодня для обладмина "кузница кадров" - где их проверяют на лояльность - и вперёд - на новые высоты!
⚡️Так и с Арсентьевым. Плюс в том, что он пока не вовлечён ни в одну группу лоббистов этого города. Минус в том, что может сохранить старые проворовавшиеся кадры... Посмотрим!
