Fisrt, there was Soycon, accusations of 'party culture tourism. Then — unexpected (for everyone including us) growth of this channel and first humble milestones. We'll avoid wishing something that's not going to take place anyways, so let's be rather brief. Happy New Year to you all of you from SoyjakUA admins and those responsible for this channel's content. Even though nothing ever happens let's hold out hope that something positive does happen at the end of the day (or the year). Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
