Вместо "быстро и больно" лягушку варят на медленном огне, чтобы она никуда не делась. Механика проста. У очень узкого круга будет огромный ресурс, в остальной части экономики будет накапливаться дефицит до тех пор, пока за долги станет возможно забрать все активы.
