Ряд законодательных инициатив, касающихся финансовой безопасности россиян, обсудили специалисты на ежегодной встрече с руководством Банка России.
Вице-спикер СФ Николай Журавлёв отметил, что в результате совместной работы регулятора и Совета Федерации уже принят ряд норм, позволяющих защитить граждан и их средства от мошенников. Это самозапрет на кредиты, период охлаждения и установление повышенной ответственности банков за выдачу займов без должной проверки.
Готовятся предложения по информированию граждан о кредите через Госуслуги и сервисе «второй руки». Этот механизм позволит защитить от мошенников маломобильных граждан, включая пенсионеров и инвалидов. Они смогут назначить другого клиента этого же банка своим доверенным лицом.
В планах сенаторов также ввести регулирование деятельности организаций, навязывающих платные услуги по списанию долгов.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
