Борзинский гарнизонный военный суд огласил обвинительный приговор Алексею Шункову. Военнослужащий с целью вовсе уклониться от прохождения военной службы, желая отдохнуть от исполнения обязанностей, 22 марта 2023 года не явился в установленный срок на службу в воинскую часть. 18 мая 2024 года Шунков был задержан в пгт. Забайкальск.
Суд назначил Шункову наказание в виде лишения свободы в колонии строгого режима на срок 5 лет и 6 месяцев.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
