3 января утром глава города Евгений Григорьев провел рабочий объезд по городским территориям.
В том числе мэр заехал на место проведения работ по отогреву сетей холодного водоснабжения многоквартирного дома по ул. Чепалова, 37. Работы здесь ведутся с прошлого вечера, всю ночь, утром приступила новая смена. Привлечена техника и работники МУП «Жилкомсервис», АО «Водоканал», УК «Перспектива» и АО «Якутдорстрой».
В ходе выездного совещания оперативную ситуацию доложил руководитель департамента ЖКХ и энергетики Иван Негнюров.

It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
