"Инвестора отпугнул - значит недружелюбный. Человеку, простому заявителю не помог, сделал отписку – значит недружелюбный. Слово 'дружелюбный' становится у нас уже привычным. Этот KPI я тоже буду учитывать при оценке работы чиновников. Работать надо, а не совещаться".
А как насчет применить новый KPI к своей работе? Проигнорировал просьбу жителей поселка Высокогорного о сохранении больницы, которое подписали 736 жителей - "недружелюбный"?
Работать нужно и людей слышать, а не KPI придумывать.
