Здание, которое долгое время стояло заброшенным и находилось под угрозой сноса. С 2013 года его начали реконструировать под многофункциональный комплекс с помещениями под аренду, не без проблем (прорывалиьс трубы, арендаторов арестовывали, гигантская прозрачная крыша текла). Но в итоге здание удалось спасти и удачно перепрофилировать.

В 2021 году здание сыграло роль главного офиса Lumon Industries в сериале "Разделение".

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
