Есть информация, что группа "Эталон" получила ГПЗУ на строительство жилого комплекса по адресу: 📍Большая Черкизовская ул., вл.4.

Согласно документу, на участке площадью почти 0,3 га девелопер сможет построить жилой дом площадью 7 281 м².
Предельная высота строительства — "не более 55 м"

Не зря его затягивали фальш-фасадом в начале лета…

Но в дополнительных учреждениях дошкольного и школьного образования Преображенка не нуждается. Как и в детской травме с женской консультацией. Абсолютно точно. Мэрия мамой клянётся.
